so I know there are genders/flags for genders that have to do with the 4 hogwarts houses. but are there any genders/flags that have to do with hybrid houses? so like slytherpuff, slytherclaw, slytherdor, gryffinclaw, ravendor, gryffinpuff, huffledor, ravenpuff, huffleclaw. gryfferine, hufferine, and raverine?

I don’t think there are any yet, but if you or anyone else would like to coin something for them, you’re more than welcome to! That’d be really interesting to see, actually. 😀

You could probably just use them in the same way as the standard Hogwartsgenders, where its just (House)gender. So like Slytherpuffgender.

Just gonna ask, what exactly is mogai? I’m not 100% crystal clear on all of this haha

No worries lol it can be a bit confusing with all the misinformation out there. To put it simply, MOGAI is just an alternative acronym for what is commonly known as the LGBTQ+ community. It stands for Marginalized Orientations, Gender Alignments, and Intersex. It is not a noun, nor is it only used for those with nonbinary identities, xenogenders, or those who are a-spec.

Is there a term for when your perception of your gender is altered by synesthesia? I’m genderfluid with associative synesthesia, and I associate my different genders with different sounds/tones and colors. If not, I’d like to coin synesthegender.

The closest I know of is:

Aisthesisgender/Synesgender: A gender that is made of sensation or sensations, or is a sensation or sensations. Hence aisthesis being the greek word for ‘sensation’. A gender that can be colors, feelings, sounds, or shapes. But, can also be a gender associated with such.
Can be a stand alone term, and one that describes another gender.
Can be used by both synesthetes and non-synesthetes.

Sensogender: A gender affected by or relating to physical contact with a surface.

Colorgender: A gender associated with one or more colors and the feelings, hues, emotions, and/or objects associated with that color. Can be used like pinkgender, violetgender, etc.

If none of those work, Synesthegender sounds like a good name!

Is there a name for when you are a dfab person who wants to be a woman but doesn’t feel like one no matter how hard you try?

It sounds like you may just have some internalized transphobia, anon. Sometimes, even if you realize you’re trans, you might feel like you don’t want to be or that you wish you could be something you’re not. It can be difficult to deal with, but just take it one step at a time okay? Maybe find somewhere you can discuss these feelings safely, such as with a gender therapist. I wish you luck, and know that you’re not alone. 🙂

hey so,, ive been trying to figuree out my identity for awhile now.. do you thinkyou could help me out? im feeling pretty male aligned (im afab,) but like, with everything around me im pushed to do girly stuff. i think im mostly if notonly attracted to boys? but i dunno… thank you for your time hh

Okay, so you’re nonbinary but male-aligned (which is also called Solarian). And you’re at least attracted to men. So we have a few options.

If you think you’re nobinary and also a man in some way, and (at least) attracted to men, you could use Azurian, which means you’re nblm and mlm.

If you think you’re just nonbinary, and attracted to (at least) men, you could use nblm, also called Toric or Quadrisian.

There are also some terms that are non-specific to the gender of the person with the orientation. Ma-/Andro-/Man- is just attraction to men. As is Mascic.

And if you think you are exlusively attracted to men, there is Viramoric, which is a nonbinary person who exclusively experiences attraction to men.

PanMulti- Demisexual QuasiDemiromantic Combo Pride Flag

Pan-: attraction to all genders, or regardless of gender.

Multi-: attraction to more than one gender. Can be used as an umbrella term for pan, bi, poly, omni, and others, or as a standalone term.

Demi-: an a-spectrum orientation where one does not experience attraction to a person until they have developed an emotional connection to them. There is no guarantee that this attraction will develop after an emotional connection is formed, but it is required in order for attraction to be possible.

Quasiromantic: Someone who is quasiromantic might see their attraction as non-traditional or may feel it differs from crushes, perhaps a mix between platonic, romantic, aesthetic, or something completely different and/or it involves other non-traditional aspects, such as rare attraction, or attraction but non-physical, non-platonic but romantic, etc.

Venusian Oriented AroAce Sensmasculine Nonbinary Boy Combo Pride Flag

Venusian/Venusic: attraction only to women and fem-aligned nonbinary people or partial women.

Oriented AroAce: an aroace individual that experiences attraction that’s neither romantic nor sexual, but is significant enough to warrant a place alongside their aroace orientation.

Sensmasculine: relating to the transmasculine experience, but only sometimes, temporarily, or not completely.

Nonbinary Boy: nonbinary means not a binary gender. a Nonbinary person might call themselves a boy because they might feel associated with that gender, but be, for instance, a demiboy, which is a non binary gender. Other people might feel comfortable with masculine pronouns and a masculine presentation, and therefore call themselves a boy because of that association and because calling themselves a boy helps express that association, but they may still have a nonbinary identity like agender. Both these people might therefore be a non binary boy.

Transgender Nonbinary Genderqueer Genderfluid Man Combo Pride Flag

image

Transgender: an umbrella term covering all gender identities or expressions that transgress or transcend society’s rules and concepts of gender. To be trans usually means to identify as a gender other than the gender one was assigned at birth.

Nonbinary: any gender identity which does not fit within the binary of male and female.

Genderqueer: an umbrella term with a similar meaning to non-binary. It can be used to describe any gender identities other than man and woman, thus outside of the gender binary. Genderqueer identities can include one or more of the following: Both man and woman, Neither man nor woman (genderless, agender, Neutrois), Moving between genders (gender fluid), Third gender or other-gender, Those who do not or cannot place a name to their gender, or Having an overlap of, or blurred lines between, gender identity and sexual orientation.

Genderfluid: a gender identity that changes.

I was wondering, is there a term for feeling partially male, partially agender and also feeling like you experience more as a whole (even gender wise) when you’re in the woods?

So for the first part, that would be Bxy.

Bxy: a gender that is both boy and agender/no gender.

As for the second part, I’ll list the closest off for you, but you’re welcome to coin something if none of these fit.

Forestic: Forest aligned (in case its an alignment and not a gender)

Dryagender: a form of agender with more of a connection to an empty forest.

Forestgender: a gender related to forests.

Earthgender: a gender identity that is directly affected, tied to, or influenced by the earth or nature

Ouygender: a gender connected to trees and wood.

Ecogender: a gender that is defined by one’s relationship to their local ecology as a human rather than to humans’ interactions with each other.

Do you think you could help explain factkin to me? I’m trying to be more accepting but it seems like most ‘kin don’t really wanna talk about them except to say they’re not real. I get that a lot too though (I’m fictionkin) so I want to try and understand my factkin siblings better.

Well, I’m not factkin myself, but I can try my best to explain. (Any factkin followers are welcome to chime in and correct me if I explain something wrong!)

Okay to, to simplify, someone who is factkin is someone who identifies as another human being, either alive or dead.

For those that have a kintype of a deceased person, I think that’s fairly simple? If one’s kintype is spiritual in nature, then its possible they are factkin due to something like reincarnation, walk-ins, etc. Its similar to those whose kintype is an earthly animal (if in a spiritual sense), just this time its another human being.

Okay, so that leaves those who identify as living people. That might seem a bit weird at first, but from what I’ve heard from legitimate factkin, its similar to some fictionkin in that it comes from the multiverse theory. See, just because the person that is their kintype is living in our universe doesn’t mean that they haven’t passed on in other universes. So what these type of factkin say is that, yes, their soul is from a version of their kintype that has already passed on. It just so happens that that person is still alive in our universe.

I think a lot of the problem comes from how many trolls are using the term (and also its possible that the term itself was coined by a troll). And I think the criticism of identity theft also comes from people criticizing these trolls. That’s because you’ll see a lot of factkin-pretending trolls saying things like “I am literally pewdiepie, so I should be able to take over his channel” or some nonsense like that. Yes, if someone claims to be that person as they are in this universe and that it somehow grants them all the things that person has, that would probably be identity theft. But most of the legitimate factkin I’ve seen know that their current state is not that person, just like all legitimate kin know that about their kintype.

This isn’t really a full explanation, but hopefully you can at least understand where they’re coming from. Sorry if I didn’t explain it too clearly!

I tried to make a pokekin pride flag, I hope it’s not too too bad.

I think it’s wonderful. 😀 Thank you for the submission!

I feel sexual attraction but not to specific people, except myself. Like I can be sexually attracted to anyone equally ig, but I’m more sexually attracted to myself. Other than autosexual, is there a word for this?

Okay, so it sounds like what you’re saying is that you are multisexual in some form, with attraction to all genders and also yourself. But you have a preference for yourself.

I don’t think there’s a term that specific yet that I know of, since auto- is sometimes used to describe people who are attracted to themselves, but not always exclusively (although it often is).

Ive identified as agender for a long time, but recently Ive found some terms outside of the agender spectrum I relate to. What do I do now? It feels weird calling myself that when I’ve found MOGAI terms I relate to. Any suggestions?

If you feel more comfortable calling yourself these new terms, then I say go for it. If you still feel like part of you is agender, you can still use that label, as well. It can be a bit strange to use a new term for yourself when you’ve been using the same one for long periods of time, but if you feel like something new you’ve discovered fits you better, you should use them. 🙂 Use whatever terms you feel are best for you.

Have you heard of any terms for attraction specifically to androgyny or androgynous-presenting people? Thank you! I appreciate the tons of work you all put into this blog :)

Well, there are terms like Androgyne-/androgyno-/androgino-/androgine-, but these are often used in more than one way, such as attraction to both men and women (similar to ambi-), being attracted to androgyne/androgynous people, attarction to masculine & feminine individuals.

For more specific terms, there are:

Angi-: attraction to androgyny regardless of gender.

Andr-: attraction to androgynous gender expression regardless of someone’s gender.

Lin-: attraction to androgyny and androgynous-presenting individuals, though not necissarily only androgyne-identifying people.

Azurian Omnisexual Aceflux Nonbinary Transsexual Combo Pride Flag

image

Azurian: nblm & mlm

Omnisexual: sexual attraction to all genders. Sometimes interchangeable with Pan-. Some who are omni- don’t limit their attractions to humans only, and say that they could possibly be attracted to advanced sentient races (i.e. aliens) or alterhumans (ie. otherkin, therians)

Aceflux: A sexual orientation on the asexual spectrum & is defined as either someone who’s sexual orientation fluctuates but always stays on the ace spectrum, or someone who’s sexual orientation fluctuates from experiencing sexual attraction, some sexual attraction, and no sexual attraction.

Nonbinary: any gender identity which does not fit within the gender binary.

Transsexual/Transsex: Someone who’s assigned sex does not match their desired sex. A transsexual differs from a transgender person in that transsexuals transition by medical/physical means, either by some, or all available procedures (HRT, Surgeries, Hair implants, etc) A person who is transsexual has gone through medical means to transition, or plans to in the future.

okay i’m really confused about my sexuality/orientation(?)…Like i thought i was aromantic and asexual, possibly bi/pan, but the more i look into it, i find other aro/ace orientations that could fit me such as Cass-, Procul-, Aego-, Spike, Flux-, Adfec-. I know i’ve got to figure this out myself i was just wondering if i would define myself as aro/ace Flux or something else? Sorry if this is difficult or confusing im just a confused being lmao thankyou & i hope you’re having a good day<3

That could definitely fall under Aceflux and Aroflux. Some other possibilities could also be:

Propeest-: An aspec identity which feels like a mix of many (any more than two aspec identities) that all are a part of your identity.

Myr-: Experiencing lots of aspec orientations together.

Propeest- refers to a mix of orientations, while Myr- refers to experiencing various orientations together.

Hope that helps!

New term I would like to coin: Genderplaylist.

Genderplaylist/Playlistgender: When one feels like they have a set number of genders, similar to a music playlist. The genders can either be experienced in order or be “shuffled”, with the order being randomized. Genderplaylist can be considered a sub section of Genderfluid and/or Polygender.

Color Meanings:

All of the colors are based on popular music streaming websites.

Blue: Pandora

Orange: Soundcloud

White: The previous/pause/next buttons from Apple Music

Green: Spotify

Red: Last.fm and iHeartRadio

Thanks for the submission!

Is there a gender that changes with the phases of the moon? I’ve been trying to find one, but I haven’t seen one yet

There are:

Faegender: A gender that changes with the seasons, equinoxes, and moon phases.

Selenogender/Monagender/Lunagender/Monegender: A subset of genderfluid in which your perception of your gender, or even the foundation of your gender itself, shifts in a consistent way in many ways over a period of days, weeks, months, or even years, especially with long or short periods of various xenogender based feelings and perceptions. like the phases of the moon, your gender experiences similarly phases over time, in a same or similar order, consistently.

Luagender: A gender that can change in appearance but is always there, like how the moon is still there even as new moon. Basically, its different from selenogender in that the gender itself is not fluid, but rather the gender presentation and/or gender alignment is fluid.

Is there a ninjakin flag? I dunno if this is a thing… bc it’s a profession? Like clownkin, pastorkin, presidentkin/govkin or witchkin. What you think?

There isn’t a flag for it yet, but I can add it to the request list.

I’ve heard of kintypes like that (such a witchkin or royalkin) where you may not know the exact identity of your kintype, but you know something general about it.

So, for example, someone who is witchkin may actually have a kintype of the witch from the Wizard of Oz, but because they haven’t seen any movies or read any books from that universe, they don’t know that yet. However, they know their kintype is some sort of witch. So they are, therefore, witchkin.

Empath- a person with great ability to sense emotions of others, usually described like the feelings of others are happening to them.

Ampath- a person who lacks the ability to sense the emotion of others, this is not synonymous with any mental disorders nor does it mean the person is dangerous or doesn’t care about others. It’s only based on your way of sensing emotions of others.

Fluxpath- a person who fluxates anywhere from empath to ampath.

These are actually really cool. 😀

i’m agender , and I’m sexually attracted to men , nb , and , while im romanticlly attracted to women . Are there any terms you know of I could used to describe myself ? ( If not I came up with my own I’d like to send it ! if thats okay )

Hi there! Other than agender-related identities that have to do with the glg system (which you can find here), there is:

Yae-: an agender person attracted to men

Naneo-: an agender person attracted to women

I don’t think there is currently a term for an agender person attracted to nonbinary people, or any terms for agender multisexuals (including agender people attracted to men and nonbinary people)

So it sounds like you’re Naneoromantic, but you’re welcome to coin something for your sexual orientation!

Hello! Did anyone coin any identity(ies) for nonbinary people always attracted to genders/identities different from their own (like straight for binary people)? Thank you!

You could use:

Contraic: “Opposite” gender attraction for nonbinaries, using the prefix “contra” as in “contradict”, meaning “opposite”

Penulti-: Attraction to every gender except one’s own.

There’s also Strayt, but that has more to do with one’s relationship with their own gender than the genders they are actually attracted to.

Is there a gender that, basically, you feel like, due to (I guess?) a connection to the supernatural/magic/cryptids/etc, that you’re gender doesn’t really make sense/can be explained in regular people terms.

The closest I know of is:

Daimogender: When you feel your gender is closely related to demons or the supernatural. This is not exclusively for demonkin, though if anyone uses it, the coiner would like them to be involved in supernatural things.

Circgender/Circegender: A gender that feels so magical and grand you can’t describe it.

Witchgender/Magusgender/Magegender/Venefigender: A gender that has a closeness or connection to witchcraft and magic. It is, in a way, a magic gender.

Familiargender: A gender for witches and/or pagans whos genders are affected by their familiar, whether it be the familiars personality or species or magic ability
familiargender can be used as its own thing, or changed like familiaboy/familiagirl.

Medeigender: A magical, whimsical gender.

Pixiegender: Based off of pixelgender; feeling a small amount of a certain gender and being related to magic.

Hexgender: A gender related to evil and witchcraft. Doesn’t have to be used by witches.

Faygender: A gender that feels closely related to the magic of nature, fairies, or other small ethereal beings.

Malificae: A gender that is related to witchcraft. It is up for the user’s interpretation, but it may feel magical, ‘witchy’, have connections to spells, sigils, rituals and other types of magic, or feel related to a specific path.

Lykh: A xenogender characterized by supernatural vigor and a sense of disembodiment. someone who identifies as a lykh might feel like their gender exists in spite of or apart from their earthly existence. synesthetically, this gender feels undead, incorporeal and/or extradimensional, like a conspicuous absence.

Gendercryptic/Cryptogender: A gender one cannot discern, describe or define in human words because one is puzzled by it. It feels like it is and it isn’t there without following any particular pattern, sometimes even at the same time.

(And there’s possibly Cryptigender, which is a gender that can only be understood with an association of cryptids, but I saw only one (1) post on it)

If those aren’t what you’re looking for, you’re welcome to coin something!

is there a term for someone whos gender changes depending on the days of the week, kind of like a schedule? like monday may be demigirl, tuesday may be agenderflux, etc. sorry if there isnt one, i dont know what id call it if i had to coin it! its a little confusing trying to explain what i mean ;; thank you!

The closest I know of is:

Aerogender: Where an individual’s gender relies highly on their setting and/or atmosphere, which can be composed of a great number of things (ex. who they’re around, their level of comfort, the temperature, the weather, the time of day/year, etc.)

Jellygender: When your gender rocks back and forth throughout the day/week/month/year/etc.

Selenogender, Monagender, Lunagender, or Monegender: A subset of genderfluid in which your perception of your gender, or even the foundation of your gender itself, shifts in a consistent way in many ways over a period of days, weeks, months, or even years, especially with long or short periods of various xenogender based feelings and perceptions. like the phases of the moon, your gender experiences similarly phases over time, in a same or similar order, consistently.

If that’s not what you’re looking for, you can definitely coin something. Perhaps something like Schedugender (based on the word schedule, as you used)?

I can’t find you when I search your name. Is it possible you blocked me and if so why?

It is certainly possible, since we’ve enabled our block policy last year I’ve blocked a lot of people. Since I don’t know who you are, I don’t know exactly why you might be blocked, but I usually block people who have made inappropriate, mocking, or otherwise hateful comments or are trolls.

If you think I’ve made a mistake in blocking you, you can tell me what your url is and I can look into unblocking you. I sometimes read comments in a wrong light and I may have misconstrued what you said. An example might be if you made a joking comment and I mistook it as mocking people’s identities, or if you were asking a genuine question and I mistook it as a hateful comment. I have trouble discerning tone sometimes, especially online, and I have made that mistake before on here. So if you think I have made a mistake, please feel free to let me know so I can rectify it. 🙂

I used to consider myself biromantic but after a bunch of bad romantic experiences with girls, I haven’t had a crush on any girls since and I am uncomfortable thinking about being romantic with them. I feel like I’d be lying if I said I’m homoromantic, can you think of any alternative terms I could use for myself?

While you’re still welcome to use homoromantic if you are now only romantically attracted to the same gender as yourself, some other options are:

Aco-/Acor-: Experiencing attraction that one wants to act on, but at the same time having a strong aversion to engaging in it due to bad experiences, apprehension, or other misgivings about being involved in romantic relationships or sexual activity, etc.

Caed-/Caedo-: A feeling that one was previously able to experience a particular kind of attraction, but that ability was lost due to trauma or other negative events

Requies-: An orientation for someone who feels little or no attraction of a certain kind due to being drained of energy/emotional exhaustion for any variety of reasons.

Klape-: When you feel as though your ability (or potential) to experience attraction  has been taken away from you due to abuse, trauma, neurodiverigency, illness, or any other similar factor, including any combination of them.

Demisexual Demiromantic Demiboy & Deminonbinary Combo Pride Flag

Demi-: an a-spectrum orientation where one does not experience attraction to a person until they have developed an emotional connection to them. There is no guarantee that this attraction will develop after an emotional connection is formed, but it is required in order for attraction to be possible.

Demiboy: a gender identity that feels partially like a boy/man, and partially like some other gender.

Deminonbinary: a gender identity that feels partially nonbinary, and partially like some other gender.

I’m confused. How can someone be ftf? That’s cisgender you don’t need a flag for that.

xeno-aligned:

beyond-mogai-pride-flags:

No, its for trans women.

I think (correct me if I’m wrong) that things like ftf, mtm, etc are meant for trans people in this way: a trans woman who identifies as ftf isn’t a cis woman, but a trans woman who feels like she’s always been a woman, and so it doesn’t feel right to say that she’s transitioning from male-to-female, because she was never male.

That is exactly correct. If they so choose to identify in such a way, of course.

-Fy

Idk how to explain but I think I have more than one ID. I’m gay and proculsexual for starters. Then when I try to date somebody irl, I end up confused because it really depends on the person. With some, I’ve needed the emotional bond of demisexuality, but other times I’ve clicked with them right away only to have the initial attraction fade as I got to know them. And a few times I couldn’t tell what I was feeling at all – whether it was sexual or romantic or whatever. Any thoughts?

It sounds like you’re experiencing either being Demi- or Fray-, depending on the person. It sounds similar to Paro-, except that you feel different forms of attraction depending on the individual person instead of the gender. I don’t think there’s a term quiet like that yet, except perhaps to combine the two into something DemiFrayFlux- or DemiFrayFluid-.

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me out with my orientation. I go by asexual and aromantic, but when I get attracted, it’s always masculine men and masculine NBs. I identify as feminine agender. Is there a term for my orientation?

Given that you are nonbinary, and you are attracted to men and nonbinary people, you could use the term Carnelian/Carnelinian (nblm and nblnb).

The attraction to masculine-presenting individuals is Mascu-. So putting them together, it sounds like you might be Mascucarnelinian.

Is there a word for experiencing attraction, but being.. disinterested in it? Like eh, yeah, I experience attraction but.. big whoop, yknow? I’ve toyed around with lith–which feels close–and i think i saw semi- or something at one point? But outside of that im lost haha

The closest I can think of is:

Cass-: Feeling utterly indifferent to your orientation, as though it does not matter or is not a significant part of your identity. “You might feel attraction, you might not, meh, maybe you like girls, or nonbinary people, ehh, who cares though?”

Apa-: An orientation in which one feels apathetic towards their orientation or doesn’t care to find words for it.

hey; do you have a flag for a gender/sexuality that’s based on being sleepy and irritable, as well as being both sex repulsed and hypersexual? sorry if that’s confusing HFKGN

The closest I can find for the first one is:

Hazomnigender: a gender which is hazy and dream-like.

Sleepygender: a gender that is characterized by feeling sleepy, soft, and tired. Can be influenced by sleep or lack thereof.

Gendersleepy: When you’re putting off naming/defining your gender for ‘five more minutes’ due to doubt/exhaustion/uncertainty. Closer to queer/genderqueer than questioning, but can be used in place of either.

Insomnagender: a gender affected by how much sleep one has gotten.

(A couple of those are coined by trolls, but you’re still welcome to use them.)

As for your second question, the closest would be Flux-.

Flux-: fluctuating orientation between hyper- and hypo- and/or a-.

Hey so I’ve always considered myself to be biromantic-asexual but recently I’ve started wondering if I’m actually aro-ace. I’ve never had a crush on anyone, or felt romantically attracted to anyone but I still really want to have a family, and marry someone, and just. Be in a real relationship. But I don’t know if I’m just hoping to be someone I’m not, or if I really am still bi. I don’t know if there’s a term for this kind of feeling?

Hi there! That could definitely be a number of things. 1) You may be demi- and just haven’t found anyone you’re attached enough to want to have a relationship

2) Actually you don’t even need to be demi-, sometimes it takes time for some people to find someone they want to be in a relationship with,

3) You could definitely be aro ace. And while its possible that you’re hoping to be something you’re not, its also possible to be aro ace and also want to be in some sort of relationship, just not necessarily sexual and/or romantic. There are other forms of attraction, like platonic/queerplatonic, alterous, sensual, etc. And you can desire a relationship of any kind and lots of aroace people want families too!

So I would suggest looking into and talking with aroace people, especially those in queerplatonic and other types of non-romantic relationships. And remember, you’re allowed to try on whatever label you feel fits you at the moment. And its okay to change it later. 🙂

It’s the “Art Resonance” Xenofluid asking Anon from earlier! ^^ I actually do have a term coined for the gender I was asking about! The gender is currently coined as “Resogender”. There’s also a minor “alignment” system with it that mostly revolves around whose work has the most influence on an individual (One’s own (“Idiogenic”), someone else’s (“Ectogenic”), or both (“Amphigenic”)). Though… The all of the current terms are subject to change if anyone has better ideas for them. ^_^;

Resogender Anon, for the third time… orz Sorry for the spam, but… After a brief bit of thinking (and after sending that last ask in), I decided to forego the random “alignment” thing I had in there altogether and keep to simply using the term “Resogender” instead. Apologies for the inconvenience with that. >__>

No worries! So would the definition of Resogender be something like: a gender that shifts based on how a piece of art (usually music, writing, or visual-based art) resonates with the person in a way that is profound, deep, and infinite?

Androgirl would match with gynoguy, but I really like your suggestion of estroboy! so I think: estroman/guy/boy/ect and testosterlady/girl/ect. since, like how man is associated with a amab body affected by testosterone, estroboy is associated with a amab body affected by estrogen, and testostergirl a afab body affected by testosterone. (note: I mean associated with, not limited to) (2nd note: testrogirl might be a better word, even though the link to “testosterone” is less clear?)

So Testrogirl/woman and Estroboy/man, then? Sounds good, new terms!

Sorry for asking but what’s a xinogender

I’m not familiar with that term. Do you mean Xenogender? Or maybe Xingender? Just in case, those are:

Xenogender: A nonbinary gender identity that cannot be contained by human understandings of gender; more concerned with crafting other methods of gender categorization and hierarchy such as those relating to animals, plants, or other creatures/things. It’s mainly an umbrella term for genders with themes such as nouns, archetypes, synesthetic experiences.

Xingender: Umbrella term for all genders xenine in nature. Not synonymous with nb, because, for example, neutrois is nonbinary but it is neutral in nature, not xenine. May simply be used as “xin”, ie. “my gender is xin”.

Hey, I know this is gonna sound weird, even I think it’s weird. I’m a trans guy, and I don’t plan on getting bottom surgery. I’m always sexually attracted to masculine people, no matter how I imagine it. But when it comes to feminine people, I only find it appealing if I think of it in terms of me having amab bottom parts?? I don’t know?? What that means. I guess what I’m asking is, if that’s something you’ve heard of before??

That’s actually not weird at all! In fact, that is something I’ve come across in multiple trans/nb people. Unfortunately though, I don’t think there’s a word for that just yet. You’re welcome to coin something for that though!

(As a possibility, it kinda reminds me of Chameleo-, but as a sex/genital instead of an orientation.)

Out of curiosity, is there any known genders that have a tendency to shift based on how a piece of art (usually music, writing, or visual-based art) resonates with a person? I know specific things like Musegender and Melogender exist, but I’m looking at something more… general yet different in a way..? Meaning, it’s kinda similar to the two mentioned, but also has a deeper feeling with it that is similar to what is described with Abimegender.

I can’t find anything that describes exactly what you’re talking about here, no. Hopefully that means you’ll be coining something? 😀

Is there a term for being genderfluid but having the feeling of being at least partially aligned as female or your agab at all times? Or is that just a part of being genderfluid?

It can be! If you’d like to be more specific, there are a couple options:

Duragender: A polygender/genderfluid identity that involves a stable, long-lasting component. For example, a duragirl/durawoman might feel that their identity is fluid, but always involves a major girl/woman component.

Horogender: A gender which changes over time, with core feelings remaining. For example, a horogirl/horowoman has a gender that changes, but always has a girl/woman core.
