Abinariflux or Abinaryflux (abinary genderflux): When one feels mostly or all abinary most of the time but experiences fluctuating intensities or varying degrees of abinary identity. This can be fluid with any other identity.
The flag is based on boyflux/girflux flags, could be also called abyflux/abiflux, enbiflux or abflux. See also: nonbinaryflux, eafluid/enbyfluid, enbyflux.
All: different from being pangender in the sense that you don’t define yourself under one gender term.
Based on “none”, “neither” and “both”. Note this flag background isn’t completely white, however white represents the mix of all additive colors (in light), as opposed to none flag black.
Similar to “gay man” concept, a lot of women describe themselves as gay, some because they are wlw but not sure if they are lesbians or not, some simply because they are not straight and other because they aren’t attracted to men while not essentially attracted to other women.
Compersion or Compersivity: The feeling of joy one has experiencing another’s joy, such as in witnessing a toddler’s joy and feeling joy in response; the feeling of joy associated with seeing a loved one love another; contrasted with jealousy.
Unknown gender or gender unknownness/unknowledge: having an unknown gender identity or expression; being unknowingly gender identified; when one’s gender/s is/are not known; different from being uingender in the sense that you don’t define yourself under one gender term.
The flag is based on “none”, “neither”, “neuter” and “both” flags, while genderunknown is based on genderneutral. I saw this symbol in PGo Pokédex, as for pokémons that are unknown-gender (sometimes considered genderless).
I guess we can call this mysterious gender or gender mystery too. – Ap

I muted them a bit. I felt that maybe they would go with genderfae, genderfaun, and the others in the set better this way.

Awesome, thanks for the submission!

Sunsetkin: identifying partially or entirely as a sunset.
Biheter(o)-/Bihetr(o)-/Hetrobi-/Heterobi-: being bi- and heter(o)- in the same form of orientation (ie. bisexual & heterosexual); <fluctuating> between hetro- and bi-; hetero-leaning bi, could be biflexible &/or hetroflexible/ela-/straightflexible.

Hi! My first post.
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew this certain flag?
It be greatly appreciated if anyone had any clue to what it is. 🙂
I have been asked so many people, but no one seems to know!
P.s I’m sorry if the picture doesn’t show x~x

Anyone have any ideas? 🙂

Hi! My first post.
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew this certain flag?

I have been asked so many people, but no one seems to know!
Ambonique: a gender that is both male and female, yet none, at the same time.
Since the spelling could be so close to ambonec or ambonix, ambonic could be also called ambonoc/ambinoc or ambonox/ambinox. The difference from ambonec is that ambinic is none instead of neither. Not to be confused with ambinique.
Ambonixic: an identity that is comprised of both genderlessness and ambi-aligned aspects, which may manifest as partially identifying as a ambigender or femache; the combination of nixera & nixvir. These femache-aligned aspects can be experienced simultaneously &/or fluidly. Intended for those who feel both connected and detached from femache-ness (both male & female) and for those who have difficulty distinguishing their alignments from their genders.
Also known as ambinix/ambinixic and nixambi/nixambic. Based on ambonec. See also: eclipsian/sollunarian, demiboygirl/demigirlboy/demigalboy/demiboygal, demiambigender/demibigender/bidemigender/ambidemigender, librandrogyne, nixavire, nixangi, libramascfem/librafemmasc/librafemasc (librandrogyny), ambigue/ambiguity/ambiguous.

Trying to elaborate on this ask and I hope, having it in a more orderly format will explain better, what I was trying to express.
For a flag, if you want one, I was thinking of – a gradient between your current gender and the changed gender if the change was a gradual process or some form of line or sharp edges, if you feel it was a very abrupt change – the original genders/orientations flag is muted, almost grayscale. For already gray flags maybe tint it red instead.
Hope the description is understandable, I’ll see if I can whip up an example-flag later.
——–
Thank you very much, the format change does help a lot in deciphering what you were trying to describe. 😀
Omnixique: an identity that is comprised of both genderless and pan/omni-aligned aspects, which may manifest as partially identifying as a pangender; the combination of nixera & nixvir. These omni/pan-aligned aspects can be experienced simultaneously &/or fluidly. Intended for those who feel both connected and detached from panhood and for those who have difficulty distinguishing their alignments from their genders.
Also known as nixpan/nixipan/pannixic & omninixic/onixic/onixique/oninixic. See also: nixpangi (panginixic), nixpurella/nixavire, apangender/pxngender, pangenderless, schrodipangender, pangenderdox, paradoxgender, panlibragender.
Bihom(o)- or Homobi-: being bi- and homo- in the same form of orientation (ie. bisexual & homosexual); <fluctuating> between homo- and bi- (as in gaybi- & lesbi-); homo-leaning bi, could be biflexible &/or homoflexible/aniso- (gayflexible/lesbiflexible).
Pansexual: sexual attraction to all genders, or regardless of gender.
Demi-: an a-spectrum orientation where one does not experience attraction to a person until they have developed an emotional connection to them. There is no guarantee that this attraction will develop after an emotional connection is formed, but it is required in order for attraction to be possible.
Greyromantic: being between aromantic and alloromantic; feeling romantic attraction rarely, vaguely, or weakly.
Autochoris-/Aego-: an orientation that is centered around people other than yourself. When you enjoy the idea of a particular kind of attraction, or when that attraction is being experienced by other people, but do not experience it yourself.

Nonbinary: any gender identity which does not fit within the binary of male and female.
Aliquisaesthetic: being aesthetically attracted to someone for who they are/their personality.
Biromantic: romantic attraction to two or more genders.

Trans Man: used to describe transgender people who were not assigned male at birth, but identify as a man.
It’s that time of year again, folks! That’s right! It’s August 13th! Which means that, yes, you are indeed being subjected to this post once again!
For those that are new, August 13th is the date the first post of this blog was made. In 2016. Three years ago today.
That’s unbelievable to me. I didn’t think anyone would pay any mind to my posts when I first started it. We’ve come so far since then.
We went through a lot this year. This blog was almost sacrificed to the purge of MOGAI-related blogs in late 2018. I figured it’s time was up and that I should just move on. But thankfully we were restored only a few months later! And it was really moving to return to so many concerned voices in our inbox wondering where we were.
Regardless of how many times I have to take a break from Tumblr, or how long, for whatever reasons, I still come back here. Despite the negativity, it’s the joy of those who discover a term that fits them or have a flag made for them that keeps me coming back.
I’m really grateful to all of you. Let’s have another good year, okay?
Greyromantic: being between aromantic and alloromantic; feeling romantic attraction rarely, vaguely, or weakly.
Demi-: an a-spectrum orientation where one does not experience attraction to a person until they have developed an emotional connection to them. There is no guarantee that this attraction will develop after an emotional connection is formed, but it is required in order for attraction to be possible.
Singularian: rejecting any and all ties to binary genders without exception.
Colorgender: a gender associated with one or more colors and the feelings, hues, emotions, and/or objects associated with that color. Can be used like pinkgender, violetgender, etc.
Abrosexual: experiencing a fluid and/or changing sexual orientation.
Aroflux: someone who’s romantic orientation fluctuates but always stays on the aro spectrum, or someone who’s romantic orientation fluctuates from experiencing romantic attraction, some romantic attraction, and experiencing no romantic attraction
Genderqueer: an umbrella term with a similar meaning to non-binary. It can be used to describe any gender identities other than man and woman, thus outside of the gender binary. Genderqueer identities can include one or more of the following: Both man and woman, Neither man nor woman (genderless, agender, Neutrois), Moving between genders (gender fluid), Third gender or other-gender, Those who do not or cannot place a name to their gender, or Having an overlap of, or blurred lines between, gender identity and sexual orientation.
Demi-: an a-spectrum orientation where one does not experience attraction to a person until they have developed an emotional connection to them. There is no guarantee that this attraction will develop after an emotional connection is formed, but it is required in order for attraction to be possible.
Heteroromantic: romantic attraction towards a different gender; typically used to denote attraction to some “opposite” gender.
Asexual: lack of sexual attraction.

As for gender for or related to vampires, there are:
Vampiregender: a gender that is dark and mysterious and can be very scary. it sucks life out of genders around it, but it doesn’t always “kill” those genders. it tends to feel ancient, but even when it doesn’t it gives the feeling that it could last much longer than it should.
Vampirigender: the deep, spiritual connection one has to vampirism in connection to and influencing their gender.
Well let’s see… so you describe your gender as female, but sometimes no gender? How you dress doesn’t necessarily mean that’s part of your gender, and same thing with your pronouns. So it sounds like it’s possible you’re Girlflux/Womanflux, which is a genderflux identity in which one feels the intensity of their gender fluctuate from completely female to agender, or somewhere in between. For example, one may often feel their gender move from 30% female to 80% female over any amount of time.
I certainly think it’s possible; it’s not uncommon for one’s gender to be influenced by one’s spiritual beliefs. However, the closest term I know of is:
Trinigender: a gender made up of multiple parts (often 3), that relate to each other like aspects of the Holy Trinity. In other words, they are both distinct separate parts (like Father/Son/Holy Spirit) but are also aspects of a single divine Being. This gender does not have to pertain exclusively to Western/Christian ideas of religion/divinity/Trinity. Nor does it inherently represent masculinity/masculine genders by relating back to the masc-coded Christian Trinity.
If that’s not what you’re looking for, you should coin something!
I’ll do my best to! So demigender is a multigender label just means that you identify as partially one gender and partially another. So if you think you’re demigirl, that would be that you identify partially as a girl and partially as something else. You don’t even have to necessarily know what this “something else” is, as long as you know you’re only partially a girl.
Equaric: anyone who is at least mlm, wlw or nblnb. A nonbinary-loving-nonbinary, a woman-loving-woman or a man-loving-man.
The coiner considered this is the opposite of duaric (wlm or mlw). Note nblnb is interchangeable with xlx, nln, nonblnonb & enbylenby. Xlx interchanges with xenolxeno, xinlxin, xglxg, xnlxn, xenlxen & xelxe and nln with nelne & neulneu.
Pink historically represent love for the same gender (as you can check in bi flag and biangles). I use brown in this flag to represent both enboric nonbinaries and mascic men. Purple representing femaric women, although this is also on an enbian/enbien flag.
In the first time I had heard of the term I was thinking of creating this flag using enbian, sapphic and achillean colors, they don’t quite look harmonious together without editing/adjusting, however @salpphos did it with an omnigay/omnique/onigay/onique redesign. I was a bit uncomfortable putting that light green on the flag because I can’t tell if this sources diamoric or cypric (dionysian, adonian/adonic, appulsic/appulsian or appellic/apellian/appelian), often used to mean nblnb too.
Years on years ago I made the Avian spectrum for Diamoric folx, and I thought it was pretty good. Still do
[Text: The Avian Spectrum, as we can call it, isnt aboit body type or masc/fem presentation, its about style presentation]
The avian system was always about expression, how Loud you were. A peacock is extravagant and flashy, and a kiwi is simpler and not as out there.
But why should that be stuck to just presentation? Flashiness in being nonbinary has never been just about appearance, especially in a community full of people closeted in real life, who dont even Get to wear what they want most of the time.
As a Peacock, I’m flaboyant. I love scenecore styles, wearing chains that make noise when I move, and five layers of fishnet. But im still a Peacock when my mental disability makes me too tired to dress. My dream is to never have a binaru term used on me ever again, and to enforce that. I want to wear pronoun pins for my neopronouns and it/its (IE the Most respected pronouns on earth /s) I want to be a Mx and not a Mr/Mrs and I want to tell everyone im nonbinary and I want to force the respect out of them with my last breath. I want to be loud, I want to be seen, and I will. One day. Not today.
On the other hand, a Kiwi (and i Am opening to change this if any New Zealanders think it would be confusing and A Problem, hit me up) might just wear some clothes from like… a store? Dressing shouldnt have to be that hard. But even if they decided to wear some extra jewelry or something more than usual that doesnt mean they arent a Kiwi. They don’t mind not being openly nonbinary, and they have that right. Maybe theyre binary aligned and feel more like expressing That side of them. Maybe they don’t care about ever being out in real life, their gender is just for them. Maybe theyre unaligned but just dont see what the deal is about making a fuss.
Those examples arent the cookie cutter I want for the community. A femme can have a buzzcut and a kiwi can wear zebra stripped pants, so to say. There’s no gatekeeping, I just want to give the Diamoric community something a little more free.
Any thoughts? Questions? Anything about what these terms mean to you? I want to hear it!

Pumgender: a gender that either: relates to pumpkins or pumpkin products, or pumice, the volcanic rock.
Rockcyclique: a gender related to the rock cycle
Geologique: a gender related to geology, the study of rocks, minerals, gemstones, mining, and metals.
Bedrockgender: a gender that is based around Bedrock (Minecraft) or a gender that, while present, is unattainable.
If those aren’t what you’re looking for, you’re welcome to coin something!
Inavire, Nonpuerella/Nonpurella or Nonvirmina:being neither male or female in any shape or form but feeling a strong connection to both masculinity and femininity within their gender. Combines nonera/nonpuella and nonvir/nonpuer.
Pleonotic: gender experience of someone who does not use other synonymous identities to describe their own gender identity. Ex: nongirl woman; nonman nonboy guy.
-Ap
I think you can use enbyfluid (nobifluid or eafluid) with comgender. If you also feel these genders are abinary and not lingender, mingender nor fingender, go with aporafluid (aporagenderfluid). – ap
Floric: An orientation characterized by being a nonwoman attracted to, loving, or desiring/having relationships with other nonwomen. It encompasses gay men (cis and trans, binary and nonbinary), other mlm, and several nblm, nblnb and mlnb identities (depending on the nonbinary individual’s personal identity and relation to (non)womanhood).
It can be used as a counterpart to lesbian, in any way lesbian is used- it can be used a shorthand for “gay men” (though this is reductive), it can be used as an umbrella term, it can be used to mean nonwomen who prioritize their attraction to nonwomen, etc.
It explicitly includes nonbinary folks of any alignment (as long as they identify as a nonwoman to some degree), oriented/angled aroaces, varioriented, aspec and mspec folks.
The flag and some of the stripe meanings are inspired by the most commonly used lesbian flag as of 2019 and its 5-stripe variation, following the widespread knowledge that the “lipstick” flag, its meaning, and its creator are all hot garbage. Here are the stripe meanings!
Jade green: peace and serenity
Spring green: community and support
Aquamarine: independence and freedom
White: non-cis, non-perisex, and gender non-conforming florics
Moonstone: art and magic (from the rainbow flag)
Verdigris: love and trust
Lapis: attraction and intimacy
Etymology: just as lesbian is named after Lesbos, birthplace of Sappho, Floric is named after Florence, birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci, who is the namesake for the most popular alternative to achillean- vincian.
Personal ramblings: I am floric. I like that it rhymes with toric, which describes a large subcommunity of floric! I think this term might bother some folks just because it’s a counterpart to lesbian. However, I know this is just because lesbian is one of the oldest and most prominent identities in the LGBTQ+ community- hell, it’s the first letter. Some folks might think that some neolabel can’t stand up to a term with that much history, but I want them to know that I don’t expect this term to suddenly be used as commonly as lesbian is- I want it to grow organically, and I know it’ll never be as well-known or respected, but I think it’s still important to have. It feels right, it makes me feel whole, and you can’t deny that the community exists- because it already does.
Do not interact/use if you’re an excl.usionist of any kind, a (no)map, a.nti mo.gai, T.ERF/SW.ERF/T.EHM, transm.ed, ab.leist, f.asc, zo.ophile, ant.i-ne.olabel or if you intend to be an assclown

You can use demiboy, comgender, nongirl, possibly aporagender or abinary too. I’m not sure what uingender could describe this situation since there are so many.
-ap
Perioriented: A person whose romantic and sexual orientations ‘match’ (ex: unthenalromantic unthenalsexual, pansexual panromantic).
Using unthenal-. – Ap
Voidgenderpunk: a gender tied to being voidpunk; or the combination of genderpunk and voidgender.
I saw someone using trenderpunkic, so I think you can also use voidpunkic, I guess the definition is similar to -coric and -wavic ones.
– Ap
I always question myself the same, since “gay” in my first language does not apply to women and is a single word that does not need to mention man, this is epicene in English. I see people feeling neutral with gayguy and gaydude labels, but some people not.
The word homić kinda seemed a neolabel but then I found it means gay man in Serbo-Croatian. Homo means man or human, however hom(o)- prefix means same, homic mixes both things into one. Curiously Finnish has a word called homomies, -mies meaning men.
Uranien (Uranian or Ouranian) used to mean homosexual males, not sure it applies. Viranian would be better specific since vir- has to do with m-gender. Check apollian/apollonian, achillean and vincian.
While that’s not monolexically what you want, achillegender (apolliagender or vinciagender) describes this identity experience, similar to orientationgender but not the same.
And there was a term called virescin, the coiner asked people to stop using it, but I find it cool and useful for situations like this, describing being gay for men while not essentially being man. It could be virescian alluding vincian.
[Image: a flag with the bottom half colored navy blue, and the top half consisting of a solid dark green “v” with solid indigo on the left side of it and solid purple on the right side of it.]

There is a green-white circle in the middle with a light brown 7-pointed star within it.]
Forestkin: An umbrella term to describe those who identify partially or entirely as creatures who live in a forest.
These are meant to be part of the juvelic system, or the glg system! (Examples: mlm, wlw, nblnb, etc.) Some Xenic people may consider themselves falling under just the nb umbrella, but for those who don’t, these terms are here! This is only the individual terms, I will be working on combinations (xelm and xelnb, nblxe and xelxe, etc etc.)
Amberic – Xelm, or xenogender-loving-men. Name comes from amber.
Sphaleric – Xelw, or xenogender-loving-women. Name comes from sphalerite.
Tourmalic – Xelnb, or xenogender-loving-nonbinary. Name comes from tourmaline.
Selenic – Xelxe, or xenogender-loving-xenogender. Name comes from selenite.
Prasiolic – Mlxe, or man-loving-xenogender. Name comes from prasiolite.
Andaluian – Wlxe, or woman-loving-xenogender. Name comes from andalusite.
Heliodic – Nblxe, or nonbinary-loving-xenogender. Name comes from heliodor.
I think that’s understandable, given that one of the genders you are is your AGAB you may not necessarily feel “100% trans”. Of course, this does not mean that you are any less part of the trans and non-binary communities. We even have more specific terms for these: demicis and demitrans. So try not to feel too weird about it, there are others like you out there. 🙂
Novo-: An orientation that changes along with one’s gender. For use by individuals with fluid genders. Defining one’s particular shifts in orientation (ie what orientations correspond to the genders one experiences) is an option, but is not required.
If you haven’t already, I would check with @/variant-archive and @/lovemogai. They’re both undertaking massive projects to try and document as many terms and flags/symbols for said terms as they can find.
First off I am not a troll I’m geniunley curious. It seems that I only feel truly connected to my gender when I’m very angry. Is there a pre-existing name for this? If so I would love to know what it is 🙂
——
Here are some anger-based genders:
Hategender/Angender: a gender that you can’t describe with any word but hatred or anger. Usable only by neurodivergent people with mental illnesses that cause anger or hate.
Anler: from “anger” and “choleric”. This is a strong-willed gender, they feel determined and certain about who they are. They will feel angry if other people insist that their gender does not exist, and feel very grounded and supported by their gender.
Pyrogender: A gender that feels like fire! Pyrogender holds a much stronger aesthetic connection with fire than firegender. Not just the movement of the fire (as with firegender), but also the heat of the fire (excitement/happiness about the gender) and consumption of fuel to keep it burning (eating up other genders to keep the main one going, in a way). Further clarification: If someone feels something else instead of happiness, like anger or conviction, while still thinking of their gender as a flame, they can still identify as pyrogender! Also admittedly the part about the gender consuming other, like fire consumes fuel, may not always apply to everyone. The main thing is feeling like your gender is a fire, and feeling something about it.
Tumultuogender: a gender that is wild, harmful, and full of hatred/anger.
Aresgender: a gender that rages like war, fiery and bloody, unwavering and so powerful it sometimes cannot be contained within itself.
Iragender: a gender which feels angry or raging; when your gender is angering.
Iregender: for people whose gender change is emotion-based; in this case, angry.
I don’t think there is any yet! I would think that people might mistake ‘weightfluid’ as being when your actual weight is fluid or something like that, but if that’s what you want to use then you’re welcome to. 🙂
Sorry, I think that ask got eaten! I don’t see any other asks that have to do with being unstrayt. But as for your current question, there is Memegender. There are two definitions:
“When u could care less about gender but hey memes sure are neat!“ As further explained, “for NB people who really couldnt give a fuck about gender and just like pissing off tru/sc/um because usually those ppl use memes in order to convey their sarcasm and shit.”
Half-Binary: a gender identity that is part binary and part nonbinary AND/OR an identity at least partially as one or both binary genders, yet feeling disconnected from them.
You could also combine this with -fluid or -flux to get Half-Binaryfluid or Half-Binaryflux to describe the switching part of your gender.
If that doesn’t work, you’re welcome to coin something!
Caedogender/Caedgender: A gender which has been “cut away” by a traumatic event. A gender that was once felt but has been damaged or lost due to trauma.
Caed-/Caedo-: a feeling that one was previously able to experience a particular kind of attraction, but that ability was lost due to trauma or other negative events.

Minusmetum-/Minus-: becoming less attracted when scared. Exclusive to those with anxiety/ptsd/a pd/any mental illness that causes extreme fear. A neurodivergent orientation.
Autigender: A gender which can only be understood in the context of being autistic.
Fascigender: A gender experience largely related to a special interest; for autistic folk.
Echo-: when you only feel attraction to people that you see as extensions of yourself/that you are an extension of them due to neurodivergence, namely difficulty in expressing empathy, or empathy deficits, such as in NPD/ASPD/Autism and extreme attachment and desire to be engulfed by a depended/favorite person, such as in BPD/DPD.
Algiagender: a gender which changes depending on your pain levels or type of pain being felt. Only for those with chronic pain.
Wolandgender: A gender which is experienced only as a response to chronic pain or disability, or a gender experience which is changed, heightened or suppressed due to the experience of chronic pain or disability (intended primarily for use by chronically ill or disabled candidates, but could of course be used by candidates temporarily finding their gender experience altered due to pain).
Woland-: due to your disability and/or chronic illness, you feel varying degrees of attraction simply due to pain and/or spoons.
As for your last one, perhaps something like Mascfluid or Mascflux?
Here are some possibilities I could find from what you described:
Delusogender: a subset of posigender (a gender identity that is influenced by the positive symptoms of a schizophrenic person) in which one’s gender is influenced by one’s delusions. Strictly for schizophrenic/psychotic/delusional people.
Lysigender: A gender that seems to dissolve and disappear as soon as you attempt to grasp it or figure it out.
Vapogender: A gender that sort of feels like smoke. One can see it and understand it on a shallow level but if one tried to go deeper it disappears, and one is left with no gender and only tiny wisps of the gender one thought it was.
Squidgender: a gender that, while definitely there, when one takes time to examine and work out what it is, it becomes obscure and can disappear.
Allo-curiosity (alo-curiosity or zed-curiosity): wishing to experience attraction or considering to experiment affectional relations while you don’t feel attraction; feeling curious attraction; doubting whether you will continue not showing interest; unsure whether you’re anattractional or allo-/zed-/z-/alo-.
Colors from alloaro and alloace flags, but zedcurious/alocurious is regardless of orientation (it’s mostly for a-spec people feeling curious about attraction, while they don’t experience it at all). I don’t think there’s anything that specific yet, but you’re welcome to coin something!
Hey! Sorry to send this through submissions, but I didn’t know how else to send it. ;-; The askbox isn’t working, and I assume it’s because you’ve closed requests, but I at least wanted to try and bring it to your attention. Sorry if you’ve got messages about this already/are aware already
—–
Hi there! Yes, I have closed the ask box due to the large number of asks and requests we still have to go through. We now have less than 200 as of posting this, but those are all either requests or some of the tougher questions that require more thorough research.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience, I don’t like keeping the ask box closed off to those who need it, but we really only can handle so much at once since only two of us are currently actively answering asks and fulfilling requests. I’ll let you all know when we get to opening it back up again!

inspired by other system flags: this is the kin system flag!
🤡 syscourse gatekeepers do not heckin clown on this post!! 🤡
Ace-curiosity: wishing to not experience attraction or considering to not experiment sexual relations while you usually feel attraction; not feeling curious attraction; the asexual equivalent of pan-curious and bi-curious.
Arocurious Pride Flag
Aro-curiosity: the aromantic equivalent of ace-curious.
Aycurious or acurious may be an umbrella term for them, while someone can be aroacecurious (acearocurious) too.
It sounds like your attraction to men is some sort of -flux attraction, such as aceflux or biflux. Paro- is the term used for an orientation in which you experience different methods of attraction to the genders you are attracted to.
The closest would be Hyper-/Perissos-, which is experiencing high-intensity or overwhelming levels of attraction. It doesn;t specify whether it’s due to one’s overwhelming love or not though. You’re welcome to coin something more specific if you’d prefer. 🙂
I have not heard of anything like that yet, but you’re welcome to coin something!
Hi! I’ve been confused about my sexuality lately and I wanted to know if you could help me figure it out. I’m attracted to both men and women (with a preferance for men).
—–
You could use Bi-, Ambi-, Multi-, Poly-, or some other m-spec identity.
Or you could use a term similar to Sapphic, such as Rochilic (mlw and mlm) if you’re a guy, Scapolitian (nblm and nblw) if you’re nonbinary, or Salietian (wlm and wlw) if you’re a girl.
Okay, so you’re m-spec with a preference for girls, but you feel like you’re demi- towards a guy? Then maybe Paro- would work for you, which is an orientation in which you experience different methods of attraction to the genders you are attracted to.
Idem-: experiencing a type of attraction as identical to platonic attraction, or feeling no difference between one type of attraction and platonic attraction, but separating the two based on other factors.
Nebula-: a feeling that one cannot distinguish between a type of attraction and platonic feelings due to neurodivergence.
Platoni-/Plat-: attraction where an individual feels no distinction between romantic/sexual/alterous and platonic attraction.
hello! i’ve been confused on my orientation, i have trouble differentiating sexual and romantic attraction due to neurodivergency, is there a label for something along those lines? thanks!
——-
I believe that would fall under one of the possible definitions of Quoi-.
Polarian/Polargender: a gender for a bipolar person whose gender changes depending on what type of episode they’re experiencing.
Affectugender: A gender that is affected by one’s neurodivergency especially fluctuating moods, e.g. feeling like a boy during depressive episodes and feeling more like a demigirl during happy episodes.
Lithigender: a gender that feels more intense or prevalent during manic episodes and less intense or prevalent during depressive episodes but does not change otherwise. This gender is not fluid, only it’s intensity or prevalence changes. A term reserved for those with bipolar disorder. The name comes from “lithium” which is often used to treat symptoms of bipolar disorder.

Quasiromantic: someone who identifies as quasiromantic may see their attraction as non-traditional or may feel it differs from crushes, perhaps a mix between platonic, romantic, aesthetic, or somewhere completely different and/or it involves other non-traditional aspects, such as rare attraction, or attraction but non-physical, non-platonic but romantic, etc.
Multiromantic: romantic attraction to more than one gender. Can be used as an umbrella term for pan, bi, poly, omni, and others, or as a standalone term.
Omniromantic: romantic attraction to all genders. Sometimes interchangeable with Pan-. Some who are omni- don’t limit their attractions to humans only, and say that they could possibly be attracted to advanced sentient races (i.e. aliens) or alterhumans (ie. otherkin, therians).
Panromantic: romantic attraction to all genders, or regardless of gender.
Demi-: an a-spectrum orientation where one does not experience attraction to a person until they have developed an emotional connection to them. There is no guarantee that this attraction will develop after an emotional connection is formed, but it is required in order for attraction to be possible.

Analt-spec (analterous spectrum): an umbrella term for anyone whose alterous orientation isn’t completely and strictly allo-/alo-/zed-/z-; inclusive of all analterous sub-orientations and sub-classifications; being in the black/dark &/or grey/gray area(s) of nonalterous; non-alloalterous/non-aloalterous / non-zedalterous/non-zalterous.

Multi- attraction to more than one gender. Can be used as an umbrella term for pan, bi, poly, omni, and others, or as a standalone term.
Solu-: being attracted to one person and one person alone.
Uniattraction: Feeling attraction towards one person and one person only for advanced periods of time or one’s whole lifetime. You are attracted to them regardless of their gender/sexuality/changing appearance etc.
I’m not sure if there are any terms quite that specific yet? Except for Asterosian (mlnb and mlm) if you’re a guy or Citrinian (wlm and wlnb) if you’re a woman.
Well I’m not really sure, anon. Liking traditionally boy or girl things doesn’t make you a boy or girl. Do you feel like your gender is like a mix or combination of masculinity and femininity? If you feel like you have some sort of androgynous body dysphoria, then perhaps you are androgyne? Or bigender? I think it’d benefit you to look into some different non-binary identities and see if any fit. 🙂
Borea-: having an exception to your usual orientation. Usually revolves around a single person. Ex: you’re normally attracted to one gender, but this one specific person who’s a gender you’re not normally attracted to is attractive to you.
I looked but I couldn’t find anything by that name. It’s possible it was us, but it may have been someone else? Depending on how long ago this was. This blog is almost 3 years old, so if it was within that time span it could have been us. Has anyone seen the flag anon is referring to?
I really don’t know. I’m posting it so followers can found. But in the case there’s no specific combination, feel free to coin. A good equivalent could be genderfloret in my opinion.
While I just noticed genderflor isn’t exactly a combination of genderfaun and genderfae, because description says “never encompassing male or female genders”, the purpose of genderfaunet and genderfaer is because they were about fluid nonfemininity and nonmasculinity.
Anyways genderdae already exists before genderflor and was coined in @uncommongenders. So genderdaer could be cool too. ~Ap

Gemigender:a polygender identity where one’s genders feel as though they are opposite to each other but still work together with each other.
Cendgender: when your gender changes between one gender and its opposite. See also zerogender.
Genderkrieg: When you have multiple gender identities that harshly contradict one another (only for people with personality disorders).
Gevgender: a gender experienced when feeling fear.
Phobaeic: a term for when your gender grows stronger or more intense when around fear. This could be other’s fear or your own.
Hougender: a gender that is peaceful, spiritual, calming, and sophisticated.
Anler: a strong-willed gender, they feel determined and certain about who they are. They will feel angry if other people insist that their gender does not exist, and feel very grounded and supported by their gender.
Listletic: a gender that feels calm and at peace.
There’s also domgender/plerugender, but that’s not exactly what I think you’re looking for. So you can combine gemigender with gevgender and have gemigev(gender). – Ap
Afaik there isn’t. I’d suggest hibernicagender or oikogender, based on hibernicaphobia and oikophobia, but feel free to coin or choose.
