Orgadic, also called Orgasex or Sexual Altersex, is a term for altersex people, whose main (or entire) reason for being altersex is for sexual reasons.

Some examples of this could include, but are not limited to: A trans person who is cissex because they are afraid of losing sexual feeling after bottom surgery. A cisgender woman who wants to have a penis so they don’t have to a strap-on. A person who want to be sexy to themselves and that involves having sexual characteristics they find desirable.
