This is my proposition for a new community label, intended to parallel LGBTA/MOGAI/GSRM, while covering a larger scope of minority identities/concepts not otherwise included in those acronyms.
These identities/concepts can include but are not limited to:
labels & identities: non-exclusive community/personal labels and self identifiers such as queer, binary & nonbinary genders, xenogenders, users of reclaimed slurs, alterhuman/nonhumans, otherkin, intersex, etc
orientations: sexualities, romantic attractions, as well as sensual, aesthetic, platonic, amative attractions (and more), all aspec identities, queerplatonic/polyamorous/amatopunk (‘nonstandard’ relationships), neuro-sexualities/orientations etc
other: neopronouns/pnc, bipoc, kink, sex work, plurality, mental & physical disabilities/illnesses, neurodivergence as well as terms experienced through the lense of or otherwise affected by ones plurality, disabilities/illnesses, and neurodivergence.
What LIOM does NOT include/support:
anything such as pedophilic, nonconsensual, zoophilic, incestuous, or abusive relationships, or genders/identities/labels positively relating to and or promoting these things.
The flag is my attempt to represent all aspects of the community while simultaneously not being a striped flag. A full breakdown of the flag meaning can be found below the cut.
coined by me! also holy shit this took forever to write out and the flag took forever to make and im pretty sure i couldve written it way better/more concise manner but this is what i did with the brainpower available to me. this is me basically being annoyed/disgruntled/unhappy with the currently available community acronyms after years and years and finally just making my own !

The pink cross represents unity and solidarity between all minority communities.
Top-Left: the sun and moon. a representation of the gender binary and its ability to overlap/expand beyond its confines. Purple represents ambiguity/androgyny.
Top-Right: the white rose & ring of thorns. the white rose is a representation of the beauty and validity of all orientations, including non-sexual non-romantic ones. the ring of thorns is a representation of aspecness, trauma/neuro influenced orientations, and defense/protection of the aspec community.
Bottom-Left: the crossed swords. the crossed swords represent strength, overlap, and unity between the neurodivergent and psychotic communities. the guard of the red sword is in the shape of the neurodivergent mobius strip. the sword is red to support the new autism symbol and hostility towards autism speaks/the blue puzzle piece. the guard of the black sword is the symbol of the psychotic community. the black and red background symbolizes the demonization of the communities/ableism/psyism, the white circle represents overcoming, empowering, and bringing to light the issues both communities face.
Bottom-Right: the stars. the third object in the saying ‘sun, moon, and stars’, likewise represents genders unrepresented by the binary. whether this be culturally exclusive genders, xenogenders, neurogenders, nonhuman genders, autonomous genders, etc. green represents neutrality, and/or otherness.
