Transfemme is a term for transitioning into femmeness; a term used to describe trans people identifying with femme gendered feelings to a greater extent than with other gender qualities.
Intersex to Femme | Male to Femme | Female to Femme
This is not to be confused with transfem / transfeminine as it is the transition to being femme rather than femininity (however; one can use both labels if they wish!) Transfemme is also not exclusive for lesbians as it’s for any transgender femme person who wishes to use it (not exclusive to feminine-aligned individuals either)
Transfemme can also be used by those who identify with the transfeminine label, but don’t feel comfortable using it, for whatever reason
