Nontrinary, Nontertiary or Nonternary: any gender identity which does not fit fully or solely within a trinary/ternary genderness (within your culture) all the time.

I removed the black of the flag, since it means agender/genderless in the non[…]nary flags, they can be trinary genderness. Not all cultures have trinary genders, sometimes it can be interpreted as an aneutral aingender spectrum (aporagenders and aliagenders not including neutrois or third-genders).
